We are pleased to offer you a brief view of the services provided by our firm, Frank Werntz & Associates, Inc. in connection with various fringe benefit programs.
I have many things to be thankful for. With several years work as a power plant chemist, and a few in multiline insurance, employee benefit work at FW&A was a good opportunity. A good business practice and client base were already established and mostly minor changes have been made to update latest practices and rulings. I have a variety of organizations in multiple fields of business that have selected plans with guidance to meet their particular goals. The need for retirement benefits, tax saving, recruiting, and retention seem to be universal reasons for benefit plans we help do. Besides helping small companies with pension and health benefits I have volunteered with Boy Scouts, CASA,and jail ministry. People are important to me and beyond my immediate family, I have a good extended family, and close or casual friends across the world. I am still learning and excited to see the results of diligent work and perseverance. The staff of Frank Werntz & Associates, Inc. is made up of professionals with over 40 years of combined experience in the employee benefits field, and who hold various academic degrees, professional designations and memberships in several professional organizations including: C.L.U.(Charter Life Underwriter), Q.P.A.(Qualified Pension Administrator), Member of American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.
Employing the very latest in computer hardware and software programming, we offer a personal service for the small to medium sized employer. This service provides an accurate method of record-keeping and simplifies the employer’s work in keeping track of hours worked and years worked, etc., necessary to determine plan qualifications and vesting.
